Living in the Demon Box is a collection of short stories written over the course of the last ten years.
The stories describe my quest to come to grips with the Second Law of Thermodynamics:
Entropy. They don't always mention it by name, but the idea of the Demon
Box is there, hence the title. The Demon Box theory was developed by mathmatician
James Clerk Maxell in 1865, as a theorhetical model for overcoming entropy,
or the amount of decay in any given system. I'm not going to go into it
all here, but the stories speak for themselves.
As a writer, I like to let my characters do the talking.
Sometimes I feel like I'm just taking dictation.
And maybe I am.
I will be posting the stories as I convert them over into
html. All stories have either been published or copyrighted, so please,
if you want to use one, or publish one, write me an email.
It's just common courtesy.
And that's where utopia, evolution and transcendence all
begin, with humans learning to respect one another, and take responsibility
of our actions.
So without further ado, Living in the Demon Box . . .
